Offshore Support Vessel, mainly serving offshore energy development scenarios. It can undertake tasks such as standby guarding, material transportation, and emergency rescue, and is a core equipment in the offshore energy service field. Equipped with green power technology, it combines high reliability and environmental adaptability, and can adapt to various complex sea conditions.
Battery System
The vessel is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate containerized power battery system with a rated capacity of 1567kWh and a cycle life of over 5000 times, supporting both main generator charging and shore power charging. The system realizes “peak shaving and valley filling” of electricity through an Energy Management System (EMS), forming a hybrid power architecture with traditional power:Compared with traditional diesel-electric propulsion, the hybrid system can effectively reduce generator operating time and improve generator fuel efficiency by adding one battery system. For berthing, sailing, and DP (Dynamic Positioning) conditions, the battery system can replace at least one on-grid generator set.
Advantages
- Energy Saving & Cost Reduction: Reduces main engine operating time by more than 30%, and cuts comprehensive fuel consumption and carbon emissions by 10%;
- Performance Improvement: Enhances the load mutation response capability of the electric propulsion system by 50%, ensuring more stable power output;
- Environmental Compliance: Can switch to all-electric mode in specific conditions to achieve “zero emissions”, meeting the world’s strictest ship emission requirements;
- Flexible Adaptability: Adapts to multiple working conditions (berthing, sailing, DP), and the battery can independently undertake part of the power demand to improve system redundancy.
